Department of Catering Science and Hotel Management at AJK College  organised a festive Christmas Cake Mixing Ceremony on October 16th, 2023, bringing together faculty, staff, and students in a lovely display of unity and joy.

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

A long-standing tradition that marks the start of Christmas preparations is the mixing ceremony for Christmas cakes. Ingredients including dried fruits, cherries, nuts, spices, citrus zest and juice, sugar, butter, flour, and eggs are carefully combined to represent the cosiness and camaraderie of the impending holiday season a custom that unites generations and gives participants a sense of community with its esteemed NAAC A+ Grade certification.
