AJK College's World Heart Day Initiative is called "Healthy Hearts, Happy Lives."

A magnificent World Heart Day event will be held in the vivacious city of Coimbatore on September 29, 2023, thanks to the collaboration of the National Service Scheme and the AJK College of Arts and Science, a prestigious autonomous institution certified with an A+ grade by NAAC. The year 2023's World Heart Day will have the slogan "Use Heart, Know Heart." This makes it easier for us to talk about the importance of having a healthy heart. This day can be utilised to spread awareness about the importance of a sound heart and the precautions we can take to maintain it. Our dedication to comprehensive well-being is motivated by the fact that maintaining a healthy heart is largely contingent on living a healthy lifestyle.


Our event had a significant impact that went beyond awareness efforts since we gave the importance of mindfulness and heart-healthy lifestyle. We led energising Mindfulness Meditation classes for our pupils, promoting emotional health and stress relief.


We also delivered intelligent nutrition awareness programmes to the Navakkarai villagers as part of our outreach efforts. These programmes intended to arm the neighbourhood with crucial information for upholding a heart-healthy diet and way of life.
